What you will do
- Recruit and hire a world-class team of channel-focused sellers while maintaining a talent bench.
- Enable sellers to hit key metrics like partner-sourced pipeline, bookings, and new logo acquisition.
- Develop regional channel account strategies for strong co-sell execution and partner-driven outcomes.
- Build relationships with national partners, regional VARs, and MSSPs for mutual growth and joint GTM.
- Forecast channel revenue accurately and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partners.
- Close new enterprise business at executive levels through channel partners and own revenue responsibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software via channels
- 3+ years leading channel sales teams for new business and logos
- Strong hunter mentality managing partner pipelines and net-new customer acquisition.
- Proven accountability for over-achievement in channel-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics (VAR, MSSP, national partners) and executive relationships.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger).
