What you will do

  • Recruit and hire a world-class team of channel-focused sellers while maintaining a talent bench.
  • Enable sellers to hit key metrics like partner-sourced pipeline, bookings, and new logo acquisition.
  • Develop regional channel account strategies for strong co-sell execution and partner-driven outcomes.
  • Build relationships with national partners, regional VARs, and MSSPs for mutual growth and joint GTM.
  • Forecast channel revenue accurately and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partners.
  • Close new enterprise business at executive levels through channel partners and own revenue responsibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software via channels
  • 3+ years leading channel sales teams for new business and logos
  • Strong hunter mentality managing partner pipelines and net-new customer acquisition.
  • Proven accountability for over-achievement in channel-driven environments.
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics (VAR, MSSP, national partners) and executive relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger).
