TL;DR

Web Engineer (SaaS): Building and optimizing product websites, landing pages, and email templates with an accent on performance, SEO, and conversion funnels. Focus on scaling content workflows with CMS platforms, implementing analytics and A/B testing frameworks, and fixing performance bottlenecks across browsers and devices.

Location: Hybrid – remote with quarterly 5-day onsite in Wrocław office. B2B contract requires registered business in selected EU countries.

What you will do

  • Build and develop product websites and landing pages in collaboration with designers and marketers
  • Create responsive email templates for marketing campaigns
  • Improve content workflows using CMS platforms like Statamic and Headless WordPress
  • Maintain code quality, development processes, and performance across browsers, devices, and regions
  • Implement analytics, track conversion funnels, and build A/B testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to enhance organic visibility and technical SEO

Requirements

  • Registered business in selected EU countries for B2B contract
  • Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and how the web works under the hood
  • Experience building and maintaining complex websites (not just apps)
  • Understanding of web apps vs. marketing websites, modern Web APIs, and platform capabilities
  • Ability to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and SaaS growth fundamentals

Nice to have

  • Experience with the listed tech stack: React, Node.js, PHP, Tailwind, Next.js, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP
  • Using AI tools to improve development workflow
