What you will do

• Conceptualize and implement spectacular VFX that align with the project's artistic vision.
• Own VFX content from concept to completion within the defined scope.
• Collaborate with art, engineering, and design teams to integrate effects that support gameplay.
• Utilize Unreal Engine to create high-performance effects that elevate visual standards.
• Build and optimize efficient pipelines for VFX creation and implementation.
• Partner with production to manage tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the video game industry as a VFX artist.
• Proficiency with real-time particle systems, shader development, lighting, and performance optimization.
• Expertise in Unreal Engine, specifically Niagara, Material Editor, Sequencer, and Blueprint.
• Solid understanding of DCC tools such as Photoshop and Maya.
• Strong artistic skills in form, color, movement, painting, and 3D modeling.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Houdini, EmberGen, or other simulation tools.
• Background in traditional art or animation.
• Experience working on multiplayer or live-service titles.
• Familiarity with PBR workflows and cross-platform development.
