Location: US Remote
Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 base salary per year + commission + stock options

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing strategic enterprise relationships across SaaS offerings.
- Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen GTM execution.
- Build and execute account strategies to deepen penetration within complex enterprise customers.
- Hire, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including high-growth or startup environments.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing quota-carrying sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding $2M–$8M revenue targets.
- Experience selling into life sciences organizations (pharma, biotech, medtech, or CROs).
- Must be based in the US (US Remote).
- Strong executive presence to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
