What you will do

• Solve challenging firmware and hardware related issues with servers utilizing deep knowledge of system architecture.
• Execute workarounds and technical solutions for IT hardware malfunctions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for L1 and L2 technicians.
• Develop and maintain new processes and documentation for the IT hardware team.
• Manage warranty replacements (RMA) and collaborate directly with vendors.
• Improve overall support processes, training materials, and documentation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of datacenters and professional server equipment.
• Deep practical experience in IT hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and command line interface.
• Experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Beit Shemesh, Israel.

Nice to have

• Skills in component-level electronics repair (SMD).
• Knowledge of network equipment troubleshooting.
• Valid driving license (type B).
