TL;DR

Location: Works from home in USA, TX (Pasadena); Must be able to travel 25%

What you will do

  • Counsel facility managers on employee relations and conduct internal investigations.
  • Manage recruitment efforts and partner with facility managers to assess workforce planning needs.
  • Guide managers on compensation, compliance, talent development, and performance management.
  • Deliver and implement corporate HR initiatives and company policies throughout the area.
  • Foster a positive work environment by establishing trust and credibility with employees.
  • Serve as a role model for safety leadership within the facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or HR.
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
  • Strong knowledge of employment/labor law and progressive HR practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • SPHR/PHR certification.
  • Experience working with Workday.
  • Knowledge of Lean Principles.
