What you will do

• Lead logistics team in supporting project implementation through procurement, fleet, asset, and stock management.
• Conduct field visits for compliance checks, trainings, and operational oversight.
• Manage fleet utilization, fuelling, maintenance, and safe transport of staff and goods.
• Update asset registers, perform verifications, and reconcile with finance.
• Oversee stock recording, reporting, and replenishment while maintaining buffer stocks.
• Prepare logistics reports, develop SOPs, and coordinate with programs, finance, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in logistics/supply chain in humanitarian sectors
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics or supply chain management
• Experience in complex/volatile contexts; local knowledge of Cabo Delgado preferred
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
• Handling insecure environments, planning results, empowering teams, effective communication

Nice to have

• Knowledge of local languages (Makonde, Emacua, Kimuani, Suahili)
• Candidates from Cabo Delgado strongly encouraged
