What you will do

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s ML & LLM Ops platforms.
• Shape how teams productionize ML models and LLM-powered applications.
• Translate complex technical needs from ML engineers and data scientists into clear product requirements and prioritization frameworks.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial concept and specification to implementation and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure platform compatibility with AI coding assistants and autonomous agents.
• Drive platform adoption through internal evangelism, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering, data science, or platform engineering.
• 2+ years of technical product or program management experience in fast-paced, high-scale environments.
• Proficiency in ML Ops and LLM Ops concepts, including model lifecycle, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of LLM application patterns such as RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt management.
• Ability to discuss architecture, APIs, and infrastructure trade-offs with senior engineers.
• Must be able to relocate fully to Bangkok, Thailand.
