What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for observability platforms from concept to continuous improvement.
• Define the vision for anomaly detection, tracing, and visibility systems to accelerate recovery.
• Partner with SREs and engineers to identify reliability pain points and prioritize solutions.
• Balance product velocity with technical debt and operational risk.
• Define and track key metrics to measure platform impact.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML/AI techniques into monitoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience in fast-paced environments.
• 5+ years of technical experience in observability, reliability, or production excellence domains.
• Must relocate fully to Bangkok, Thailand.
• Proven ability to define strategy, set priorities, and deliver measurable impact.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence technical and business teams.
