What you will do

• Lead the overall maintenance and equipment reliability strategy to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• Implement and manage maintenance strategies, including root cause analysis, reliability-based maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and production alignment with other plant departments.
• Build and develop a high-performance leadership team through strategic selection and promotion.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and track performance using KPI indicators.
• Establish programs to ensure the consistent availability of equipment, spare parts, and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance or similar roles.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to adapt quickly and meet tight deadlines.
