Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Senior freelance recruiter with deep tech knowledge (e.g., Java vs JavaScript) and experience talking to senior tech stakeholders.
• Self-leadership in managing time, priorities, and client relationships.
• Boldness to push back on clients for better outcomes.
• Own company and track record in high-quality tech recruitment.
