TL;DR

What you will do
- Rotate every 9 months across four assignments in Development & Engineering, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Planning & Delivery, Customer Support, and IT.
- Create your own high-level technical or IT assignments with concrete deliverables focused on efficiency, innovation, management, product development, ESG sustainability, or cost reduction.
- Follow a tailored learning journey to develop leadership, strategic mindset, and interpersonal skills.
- Receive guidance from senior leaders, stakeholders, and a development coach.
- Complete two 3-month international assignments and build a broad network with trainees and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in technical, IT, or supply chain field
- Maximum 1 year relevant work experience (internships excluded); graduated less than 1 year ago or by September 1st, 2026
- Available to start September 1st, 2026
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Experience in extracurricular activities preferred.
