Salary: €3,825 – €5,175 gross per month

What you will do

• Drive the adoption of shipping features such as reroutes, parcel collection codes, and label cancellations across various carriers.
• Own program communication and status reporting, providing concise summaries to stakeholders across the organization.
• Establish standards and automation for tracking incidents, mapping validation, and integration health checks.
• Lead investigations into root causes of tracking event gaps and run programs to address these deficiencies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of technical incidents and carrier maintenance windows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or technical operations.
• Technical fluency to reason about carrier integration flows, event delivery, and data contracts.
• Ability to use SQL and dashboards to identify incident root causes and measure success via KPIs.
• Strong program ownership skills, including project planning, dependency management, and escalation handling.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas (Hybrid).
