What you will do

• Develop the macOS client application throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Own, improve, and enhance the codebase of a desktop application, focusing on reliability and performance.
• Influence the design and implementation of new product features.
• Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, Product Owners, and UI/UX designers in multicultural, distributed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in modern Swift programming.
• Experience in Apple ecosystem development, specifically macOS (XPC, LaunchServices, Finder extensions, APFS, FileProvider).
• Practical experience with AppKit (or UIKit), GCD, SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, Combine, and SQLite.
• Deep understanding of multithreading, system privileges, and filesystem concepts (permissions, atomicity, journaling).
• Fluent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with networking protocols and standards: HTTP, TLS, W3C, OWASP.
• Expertise in Python and shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and ELK Stack.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and REST API principles.
