What you will do

• Design and implement automated workflows for service quotations and approvals using Power Automate or Zapier.
• Collect and clean historical service data to analyze revenue, cost, and margin performance.
• Develop business dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track regional performance and customer accounts.
• Apply basic Machine Learning models to identify high-margin service areas and growth opportunities.
• Integrate quoting workflows with internal revenue and cost tracking systems.

Requirements

• Educational background in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Information Systems.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Knowledge of Python or SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.
