What you will do

• Design high-converting landing pages for paid media campaigns using Unbounce, WordPress, or Perspective.
• Develop visually compelling website pages with a focus on UX and performance conversions.
• Create high-performing static ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Display.
• Produce scroll-stopping video ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube using AI tools.
• Design engaging email templates and graphics to support campaign goals.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in landing page design, web design, and ad creatives.
• Deep understanding of CRO, CTR, and performance marketing principles.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for design, video editing, or creative generation.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work within the 9AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone.
• Portfolio showcasing web, ad, and email design work (static and video).

Nice to have

• Experience with Unbounce or Clickfunnels.
