Location: Hybrid in Liège, Belgium (remote up to 50%)

What you will do

• Deep-dive into historical player behaviors and journeys to identify friction points or value opportunities.
• Analyze complex business issues using SQL queries, data exploration, and analytical frameworks.
• Create Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Strategy, and Data teams as a data partner.
• Conduct exploratory research to uncover weak signals shaping future strategy.
• Ensure smooth transition of Lab discoveries to operational teams with deep root cause understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL and data exploration skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools, ideally Power BI.
• Ability to handle complex datasets and ambiguous problems.
• Fluent French with good English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or similar tools.
• Knowledge of gaming, digital product, or marketing analytics.
