What you will do

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive B2B growth and strengthen partnerships.
• Plan and manage targeted marketing campaigns focused on expanding and accelerating sales opportunities.
• Lead B2B initiatives including trade shows, webinars, certification programs, and partner motivation programs.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and financial outcomes to optimize efficiency and ROI.
• Localize marketing materials and represent regional market needs to the global marketing team.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing policies across the distribution network.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in growth-oriented environments.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Proven track record in planning and executing successful product or market launches.
• Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and the full marketing mix.
• Willingness to travel across ASEAN countries.
• Background in the security industry is a strong advantage.
