Location: Manchester UK, hybrid working

What you will do
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims from inception to conclusion
- Draft ET claims, responses, EAT applications, and witness statements
- Conduct advocacy at Preliminary and Final Hearings
- Instruct and work with Counsel on cases
- Advise on non-contentious employment matters
- Support disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes
- Update clients and stakeholders on case strategy and prospects
- Contribute to employment law updates and training materials
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with contentious and non-contentious employment law experience, ideally from a law firm
- Solid Employment Tribunal experience
- Strong drafting, analytical, and case management skills
- Confident communication with clients and colleagues
- Commercial, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT and legal research skills
