What you will do

• Manage Employment Tribunal claims from inception to conclusion
• Draft ET claims, responses, EAT applications, and witness statements
• Conduct advocacy at Preliminary and Final Hearings
• Instruct and work with Counsel on cases
• Advise on non-contentious employment matters
• Support disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes
• Update clients and stakeholders on case strategy and prospects
• Contribute to employment law updates and training materials

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with contentious and non-contentious employment law experience, ideally from a law firm
• Solid Employment Tribunal experience
• Strong drafting, analytical, and case management skills
• Confident communication with clients and colleagues
• Commercial, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong IT and legal research skills
