• Conduct gap analyses, build skills matrices, and prioritize development opportunities
• Create learning assets like guides, assessments, and hands-on activities using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and operationalize frameworks for scalability

Requirements

• 8+ years managing end-to-end learning programs across multiple workstreams
• Strong instructional design foundation with ILT, VILT, and eLearning experience
• Expertise in curriculum design, role-based paths, and progression frameworks
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, gap analyses, and skills matrices
• Experience applying AI tools for content generation and scaling solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic mindset, and communication skills
