What you will do

• Design and prototype intuitive web and mobile interfaces, dashboards, and product experiences.
• Lead problem discovery through lightweight discoveries, rapid experiments, and prototype validation.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to evolve internal design systems for visual cohesion.
• Communicate with product managers and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and user context.
• Own the entire design cycle from initial ideation to polished implementation.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal design processes, tooling, and culture.

Requirements

• Professional experience building digital products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex design concepts.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.
• Interest in AI and the ability to work with highly technical product specifications.
• Fluency in English.
• Portfolio featuring end-to-end product design case studies, specifically focused on complex dashboards.

• Basic technical understanding of modern web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with UX research methods, usability testing, and user interviews.
