What you will do

• Maintain and enhance Salesforce CPQ/Quotes (CPQX) configurations, including pricing logic and approval workflows.
• Develop and debug Apex classes, Visualforce pages, SOQL queries, and Salesforce Flows.
• Manage the Salesforce to Zuora integration, troubleshooting synchronization and data consistency issues.
• Configure Zuora Billing product catalogs, rate plans, and charge models.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations to optimize subscription management and billing operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations and workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Expertise in quote customization, pricing, and discount logic.
• Experience with subscription billing platforms such as Zuora, Recurly, or Stripe Billing.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models.
• Location: Must be based in Tunis for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance or revenue systems (ERP, invoicing, revenue recognition).
• Salesforce and/or Zuora certifications.
