What you will do

• Implement the South African and Group marketing and communications strategy at the Business Unit level.
• Lead the development of technical marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and demonstration materials.
• Coordinate BU contributions for website content, social media, and press releases.
• Plan and execute participation in trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and customer demonstrations.
• Deliver BU-level internal communications aligned with corporate messaging and HR initiatives.
• Manage marketing activities within approved budgets and ensure brand compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Publishing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Proven delivery record within a technical, industrial, or complex business environment.

• Experience in the defence, aerospace, engineering, or technology sectors.
