What you will do

• Act as the primary owner of the Odoo system, providing first- and second-line support to country teams.
• Maintain and improve system configuration, workflows, and operational processes.
• Ensure data accuracy for stock, expenses, and reporting, including supply chain pipeline visibility.
• Develop operational reporting and dashboards for country teams.
• Support process automation and collaborate with the Software Team on system integrations.
• Serve as the central Odoo contact point and coordinate training for international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ERP systems in an operational environment.
• Experience supporting users across multiple functions such as stock, finance, and operations.
• Ability to manage system configuration and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Location: Must be based in Sheffield, UK for this on-site role.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of experience specifically working with Odoo as an administrator or analyst.
• Experience with supply chain or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Exposure to system integrations or collaboration with development teams.
