What you will do

• Lead supervision and delivery of flight training activities across assigned fleets.
• Ensure safe and efficient ground and simulator training operations.
• Partner with sales, scheduling, regulatory, and standards teams for seamless delivery.
• Run standards meetings, develop instructor training plans, and manage HR profiles.
• Build annual client training plans and schedules based on sales projections.
• Liaise with technical services to maintain simulator data and customer materials.

Requirements

• EASA ATPL licence (valid or valid within last 7 years).
• Instructor experience or equivalent.
• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Strong customer orientation and adaptability to change.

Nice to have

• Exposure to additional regulators (FAA, GCAA, GACA, CAAC).
