What you will do

• Ensure compliance with NRC policies and implement information management for US Pool Fund project activities.
• Provide quality control for data collection, validation, and error correction; liaise with M&E on updates.
• Produce detailed qualitative/quantitative reports, organize monthly data reviews, and compile project reports.
• Support rollout of digital vouchers, beneficiary targeting/registration, and management of M&E dashboards.
• Develop SOPs for information management, including data protection; assist in databases, spreadsheets, and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information management, statistics, or IT-related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital communication, data management, statistics, analysis, or IT.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerBI; experience with MS Access required; SPSS/STATA/R desirable.
• Basic programming in C#, Java, Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby advantageous.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Cabo Delgado context and insecure environments.
• Strong data interpretation, report writing, and MS Office skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of telephony/mobile communications infrastructure.
• Experience in complex/volatile contexts.
