What you will do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and web chats from customers.
- Address queries, questions, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Provide first-line advice on general issues and handle complaints, escalating when needed.
- Maintain accurate records in the database and assist in identifying trends for improvements.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it within the company.
- Develop expertise in systems and equipment to advise colleagues.
Requirements
- Fluent in Croatian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with passion for helping others.
- Eager to learn, energetic, and competitive in achieving goals.
- Previous experience in customer support desired but not mandatory.
