TL;DR

Silicon Solution Engineer (BSP): Designing and implementing device drivers and services for hirify.global’s SoCs with an accent on RTOS environments and hardware-software co-design. Focus on early silicon bring-up, BSP platform maintenance for ARM/RISC-V, and validating novel AI/ML accelerator architectures.

Location: Onsite in Seongnam, South Korea

What you will do

  • Design and implement device drivers and services optimized for RTOS and hirify.global’s SoC.
  • Develop Proof-of-Concept (PoC) software to validate AI/ML task scheduling and high-bandwidth HW accelerators.
  • Build and maintain a reusable BSP platform for Cortex-A/M and RISC-V across virtualization, simulation, and FPGA platforms.
  • Execute early development and bring-up activities through pre-silicon, post-silicon, and EVB stages.
  • Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency, robustness, and usability of software for design validation and production.
  • Lead the integration of software components from partner teams into a unified product codebase.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in device driver development, embedded systems, or operating systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in system software development on Linux or RTOS.
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ and advanced debugging skills.
  • Solid understanding of ARM and RISC-V architectures.
  • Experience with BSP, Bootloaders, Power Management, MCU, or Application Processors.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Seongnam, South Korea

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of high-speed I/O protocols such as PCIe, CXL, and UCIe.
  • Experience with memory technologies including GDDR and HBM.
