What you will do

• Plan and manage operations for finance functions including treasury, corporate finance, M&A, and risk management.
• Develop financial plans and policies while maintaining accounting and reporting controls.
• Analyze and present financial results to support the management team.
• Manage a team of professional individual contributors and lead a specific finance department.
• Oversee monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and VAT/Corporate tax management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and handle Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant or CPA (USA) certification.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of public company financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Proven expertise in corporate consolidation, treasury activities, and complex business modeling.
• Proficiency in Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Enterprise, and Oracle.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
