People & Culture (HR) Internship (Medtech): Assist People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams in HR operations, recruitment, and events with an accent on hands-on practical experience in an international company. Location: Hybrid in Helsinki or Salo, Finland

What you will do

• Support People & Culture operations including office administration, onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and internal communications
• Assist Talent Acquisition with recruitment processes, interview scheduling, candidate communication, job ads, and employer branding
• Help plan, coordinate, and organize company events and internal People & Culture initiatives

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Curious, proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and enjoy working with people
• English working proficiency required
• Finnish language skills highly beneficial
