TL;DR

What you will do
- Produce and adapt digital advertising assets using templates for paid media channels like social, display, programmatic, and video.
- Resize, optimize visuals, and prepare production-ready files meeting brand guidelines and platform specs.
- Support Lead Designer with layout adjustments, campaign variations, and quality control.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketing managers, and media partners for smooth workflow.
- Organize asset libraries, handle image/video sourcing, and support presentations.
- Participate in creative planning, brainstorming, and basic motion graphics.
Requirements
- Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic languages a plus.
- Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or similar.
- 0–2 years experience in design or digital production (internships/school projects count).
- Basic understanding of digital ad formats (social, display, video) and platform specs.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and templated production.
- Strong eye for detail, communication skills, ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- After Effects for motion graphics and animated banners.
- InDesign, Premiere, Figma, Word, Excel.
- Experience with DCO systems.
- Interest in data-driven creative and performance insights.
