What you will do

• Architect and lead implementation of production-grade apps using Tanstack/Next.js and advanced React patterns for scalable UIs.
• Own Speed Index and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), optimize bundle sizes and performance across applications.
• Design composable, accessible UI libraries with Radix UI, shadcn/ui, and Tailwind CSS; own internal design system.
• Implement robust state management strategies for server/client data, ensuring efficient caching and synchronization.
• Mentor team on best practices, drive technical excellence, and leverage coding assistants for complex problems.

Requirements

• 6+ years building and scaling high-traffic production web apps.
• Deep expertise in Tanstack/Next.js architecture, SSR, and modern frameworks.
• Advanced React knowledge: hooks, context, reconciliation, useMemo/useCallback, virtualization.
• Expert in TypeScript, advanced Tailwind CSS, TanStack libraries (Query/Table).
• Experience designing/maintaining headless component systems and design systems (shadcn/ui, Radix).
• Proven mentoring and performance obsession mindset.
