What you will do

• Build information security and risk management program, conduct risk assessments, and drive remediation.
• Define security policies, standards, and promote awareness through training programs.
• Own internal IT systems like Okta, Google Workspace, endpoints, and manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Handle security monitoring, detection, response, preventive controls, and vulnerability management.
• Lead audits and certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001), manage customer security questionnaires, and oversee vendors/budget.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English required
• 8+ years in IT operations and information security, preferably SaaS/cloud.
• Hands-on with enterprise IT (Google Workspace, Okta) and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Experience with audits, certifications, customer security, and vendor management.
• Strong communication and judgment for balancing risk and practicality.

Nice to have

• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM).
