What you will do
- Lead and execute projects focused on company acquisitions, channel entry, and onboarding in new markets.
- Manage end-to-end setup of new legal entities, coordinating legal, financial, and IT readiness.
- Support negotiation processes by preparing documentation and managing timelines across workstreams.
- Coordinate partner integration milestones and go-live activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assemble project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and identify necessary resources.
- Monitor and manage project risks, changes, and KPIs, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Required certifications: IPMA C, Prince2, Prince2 Agile, Kanban, or PMI.
- English: B2 level required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Bratislava.
Nice to have
- Experience with partner/channel programs, OEM, or white-label business models.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or vendor/partner onboarding processes.
- General IT terminology understanding.
- Experience in Agile/Hybrid project delivery environment.
