TL;DR
Platform Owner, Salesforce (Salesforce): Managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support global business operations with an accent on system design, security, and scalability. Focus on developing complex logic using Apex, LWC, and Advanced Flows, and managing deployment processes.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in Finland and visit the Tampere office once a week. Flexibility to work from Tampere office, Helsinki office, or remotely.

What you will do
- Plan, manage, and deploy updates and modernizations to the Salesforce platform.
- Define and document system architecture, including integrations, data organization, and security.
- Manage version control and deployment processes for the platform.
- Develop and maintain the platform using Advanced Flows, Apex, and LWC.
- Build and maintain connected apps, custom apps, and managed/unmanaged packages.
- Participate in a rotating support schedule to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of advanced technical experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Expertise in Salesforce functional and technical solution design and implementation.
- Ability to independently manage orgs, deployments, sandboxes, and version control.
- Proficiency in implementing complex logic via Apex, Flows, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Capable of independently troubleshooting and debugging advanced technical solutions.
- Excellent command of English for communicating complex technical designs in writing.
