What you will do

• Perform manual UAT on Salesforce Service Cloud, Customer Portal, and Partner Portal to ensure product requirements are met.
• Execute and document test plans and cases based on functional requirements and customer feedback.
• Write, execute, and monitor automated test suites and track testing results.
• Provide Level 2 technical support to reproduce and resolve defects via Salesforce configuration.
• Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Train and coach junior testers within the team.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Suite configuration (Process Builders, Flows, sharing/visibility).
• Proven experience in designing case management features (entitlements, milestones, escalations).
• Experience working within Agile squads.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with testing software such as Azure DevOps and Postman.
• Experience working in an international environment.
