What you will do

• Own end-to-end data onboarding and transformation, including ingestion, mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Connect and maintain automated data connectors for marketing platforms within the hirify.global Platform.
• Investigate data anomalies and perform quality assurance checks for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
• Manage Agile project workflows and drive delivery of data initiatives and client configurations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as subject matter expert on the hirify.global Platform for client implementations and internal tools.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European language a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Technology Transformation, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, or marketing data sources (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Adobe).
• Familiarity with data quality, data mapping, and data transformation best practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM frameworks and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
