What you will do

• Monitor daily data operations and the overall data value chain.
• Perform QA on daily data intake and dashboards to spot inconsistencies, errors, or trends.
• Manage and troubleshoot daily data intake via API, Email, and FTP channels.
• Document work procedures and generate ideas for product and process innovation.
• Execute operational tasks during specific early morning or late night shifts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of IT-related experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve potential data issues.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SSIS, or AWS Services (Athena, Spectrum, GLUE).
