What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (post-offer, onboarding, job changes, offboarding) within Workday and Lark.
  • Prepare and validate employment-related documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage onboarding operations, including pre-boarding communications and employee profile creation.
  • Coordinate job changes with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll teams.
  • Oversee offboarding activities, including clearance tracking and timely HRIS updates.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability of HR services.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or employee lifecycle administration.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookup functions).
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to HR Operations.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday and Lark.
  • Must be based in Jakarta for on-site work.
