What you will do

• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Backend, Mobile (Android/iOS), and IVI (embedded/AAOS) teams.
• Lead the design and deployment of internal platforms that enable engineering and data teams to scale tools with minimal friction.
• Architect the professionalization of distributed infrastructure, standardizing workloads across public cloud and on-premise hardware.
• Maintain a strict Everything as Code philosophy using Terraform to ensure all environments are versioned and reproducible.
• Integrate and automate SAST/SCA tools directly into the developer workflow to ensure security by design.
• Collaborate with the Backend team to establish monitoring and alerting standards for high availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a combination of DevOps and Software Development.
• High proficiency in Python or Go, applying clean code principles and modularity to infrastructure automation.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, including cluster orchestration, networking, and security.
• Strong Linux system administration skills for managing on-premise nodes.
• Proven experience managing production environments using Terraform across varied providers.
• Ability to navigate hybrid environments, integrating on-premise hardware with cloud-native services.

Nice to have

• Previous professional experience as a software engineer.
• Experience building or customizing the Android Open Source Project (AOSP).
• Japanese language ability for coordinating with local stakeholders and vendors.
