Frontend DevOps Engineer (iGaming)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Malta: 3 days in office, 2 days home)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications using GitHub Actions
• Optimize build, test, and deployment workflows to improve speed and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle
• Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline failures and deployment issues
• Maintain version control workflows and best practices for frontend teams
• Evaluate and introduce tools to enhance automation and testing efficiency

Requirements

• Strong experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design
• Solid understanding of frontend build tools such as Webpack or Vite
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Playwright, Jest, or Cypress
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows
• Security-first mindset regarding access and code security

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with monorepos and tools like Nx or Turborepo
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and observability tools
