What you will do

• Lead customer-facing technical discussions to develop solution strategies and achieve the technical win during the sales cycle.
• Build bespoke deployment and integration plans for the implementation of hirify.global products.
• Translate complex technical requirements from customers into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts, particularly within the public sector.
• Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation.
• Support sales enablement activities for partners and channel alliances.

Requirements

• Experience building custom deployment plans for SaaS products.
• Technical generalist background with proficiency in REST API integrations, SQL databases, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, and cloud-native security principles.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be able to work on-site from the Dubai office.

Nice to have

• Prior security clearance.
• Experience working directly with Public Sector customers (Law Enforcement, Defense, Justice, or Civilian government).
• Proficiency in Python.
