🚀 Hiring: Backend Engineer (Java / Spring Boot) – Payments Domain | Banking
We are currently looking for a Backend Engineer with strong experience in banking payments domain to join a high-impact engineering team working on scalable, enterprise-grade platforms.
📍 Location: Offshore /India
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java & Spring Boot
Build and manage microservices architecture for high-performance applications
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design decisions
Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing
Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments

🔹 Key Requirements
5–7 years of experience in backend development
Strong experience in banking domain (Payments is mandatory)
Proficiency in Java (8+), OOP, and multithreading
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Spring Framework
Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture
Experience in REST API design & development
Good experience with MS SQL Server
Familiarity with Git, version control best practices
Experience in JUnit / Mockito for testing
Basic understanding of Docker & CI/CD pipelines

🔹 Nice to Have
Experience working on enterprise banking/payment systems
Exposure to high-volume transaction systems
Knowledge of secure application development
