What you will do

• Manage small-scale procurement processes, including preparing and issuing RFQs and conducting bid analysis.
• Identify and source local suppliers based on specifications and maintain an updated supplier database.
• Ensure all procurement files are complete, accurate, and properly archived to maintain a clear audit trail.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accurate invoice submission and track procurement requests.
• Liaise with internal staff to clarify specifications and procurement needs.
• Support fleet requests and the receiving and releasing of stock items and assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or administrative support.
• Familiarity with the Jordanian supplier market.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Agresso/Unit4).
• Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
