What you will do

• Manage outreach and follow-up for eligible or referred patients pending screening, consent, or enrollment
• Maintain structured communication cadence via phone, SMS, and email to guide patients through delays and uncertainties
• Address non-clinical concerns like timing, travel, or confusion, escalating clinical questions appropriately
• Document contact attempts, status, barriers, actions, and deadlines accurately
• Partner with Patient Relations, Clinical Operations, and stakeholders to remove blockers
• Apply workflows for case closure when patients disengage

Requirements

• Experience in patient-facing roles in healthcare, care coordination, clinical trials, or patient advocacy
• Comfort with structured follow-up and documentation in CRM, CTMS, or similar systems
• Strong communication skills with empathetic, professional approach
• Ability to handle uncertainty, delays, and third-party dependencies
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Experience managing multiple cases with clear status tracking
• Sound judgment without pressure-based tactics
• Comfort in cross-functional collaboration
