What you will do

• Lead and mentor a software engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable systems for the Multi Search product.
• Collaborate with product managers and technical leaders to define the search platform strategy and roadmap.
• Drive the development of search pipelines, including indexing, query understanding, candidate generation, and re-ranking.
• Identify and address development bottlenecks to accelerate the delivery speed of new features.
• Guide architectural decisions to enhance overall system scalability and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, search technologies, and MLOps patterns.
• Experience with microservice architectures and cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
• Strong technical background in both frontend and backend software development.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore for on-site work
