What you will do

• Teach Visual Arts utilizing a unique, enquiry-based learning methodology.
• Develop and update lesson plans in collaboration with the Learning Design Team.
• Maintain a developmentally appropriate and organized classroom environment.
• Integrate interactive technology into lessons to enhance instructional delivery.
• Set ambitious goals for students and provide effective, consistent feedback.
• Support co-curricular enrichments, clubs, and serve as a boarding teacher on duty.

Requirements

• TSC certificate is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education with qualification to teach two subjects.
• Minimum grade of C+ in teaching subjects and in KCSE.
• 1-3 years of teaching experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
