What you will do
- Serve as primary strategic and operational owner for high-value client accounts, ensuring strong client experience.
- Act as trusted advisor connecting campaign execution, performance data, and platform capabilities to business objectives.
- Partner with Sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align client goals with actionable plans.
- Lead insight-driven client conversations, identifying risks, opportunities, and guiding retention/growth discussions.
- Coordinate across internal teams like Ad Ops, Product, Finance for accountability, timelines, and execution quality.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews by synthesizing insights and recommending strategies.
- Support revenue retention/expansion by flagging churn risks and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: New York, NY
- Strong project and account management skills for end-to-end execution across stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage complexity, dependencies, and timelines.
- Comfort with data, advanced Excel for analysis, reporting, and storytelling.
- High accuracy in deliverables, reporting, and billing validation.
- Proactive, self-directed style with ownership and strategic/analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and relationship-building for clients and internal partners.
- Revenue-conscious mindset linking execution to retention and growth.
