What you will do

• Develop and maintain CNO/CNE capabilities specifically targeting Windows systems.
• Perform low-level development in C, interfacing with Windows internals including WinAPI, memory, and processes/threads.
• Build exploitation and operational tools for mission-critical use.
• Collaborate directly with operators and analysts to refine and optimize capabilities.
• Debug, test, and adapt developed tools within real-world operational environments.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in CNO/CNE, exploit development, or offensive cyber operations.
• Strong proficiency in low-level/system-level C programming.
• Solid understanding of Windows internals (memory management, APIs, process injection).
• Experience with reverse engineering or assembly (x86/x64).
• Scripting skills in Python or similar languages for tooling and automation.

• Familiarity with Linux, Android, or iOS platforms.
