What you will do

• Conduct market and prospect research to identify new business opportunities.
• Perform B2B outreach to target customers via email and phone.
• Coordinate and triage inbound and outbound sales calls and support proposal creation.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using Pipedrive CRM.
• Nurture long-term client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to align expectations.
• Prepare activity reports and organize data for marketing and growth efforts.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
• Ability to work US Business Hours (CST).
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account coordination.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Hands-on experience using Pipedrive CRM.

• Experience supporting US-based or B2B clients.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and database management.
